Our Commitment to Quality
No two properties are alike, which is why our onboarding procedure, whether for an existing or new STR listing, is extremely tailored and simple. Our process begins with a quick phone call to discuss and ensure that our services are appropriate for you and that your property is compatible with our management. We will then follow up with a property inspection in which after we present an onboarding proposal to set the bar and or match the competition in your respective area.
Once both parties have agreed on the final details, we will then await the signing of a management agreement, photograph the property, and begin the onboarding process, which should take about 2-3 weeks.
